"Sarah is a great instructor and gives variations when poses are difficult. As I went to more classes I found I could do a lot of things I thought were impossible. This class has really increased my overall strength, especially my core. It also is a great way to start the day free of stress."
"The teachers are so thoughtful in the practices they put together. They take care to ensure students are in the poses correctly, practicing in a safe, calm, and healing environment, and listening to our bodies in each pose. This is my first studio style practice and after coming to 10+ classes, I am confident in saying that if you are looking for a safe space to practice, relax, and get to know other likeminded people, this is the place for you!"
"After several months of taking Yoga for Strength, I can tell my physical and mental strength has grown. The atmosphere is always open and encouraging. Taking challenges or modifications as needed is welcomed, since the focus is on having the best practice for yourself. Can’t recommend it enough!"
Absolutely not! This is a common misconception. We welcome students of all experience levels, and we offer a variety of beginner-level classes. Our teachers offer modifications and variations to make each class accessible to all.
No, we provide yoga mats and props for all of our classes. However, you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
