Join us for a transformative Sound Healing session led by Sarah Payton of Positive Sound Vibes. Sarah is an intuitive sound healer and artist who curates custom sound experiences to foster positivity and relaxation.
In this immersive session, you'll be enveloped by the soothing sounds of quartz crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes. These instruments produce vibrations that not only calm the mind but also promote physical relaxation and emotional well-being.
Sound healing has been shown to alleviate stress, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall health.
What to Expect:
Deep Relaxation: Lie down comfortably as the harmonious sounds wash over you, guiding you into a meditative state.
Energy Realignment: Experience the balancing of your body's energy centers, fostering a sense of harmony and peace.
Emotional Release: The session provides a safe space to let go of lingering stress and emotional blockages.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in, as the session will begin promptly at 7:30 PM.
Wear comfortable clothing and consider bringing a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow for added comfort.
Join us for Restorative Yoga at 6pm before Sound Healing to extend your relaxation and meditation!
