Join us on the first day of the new season for a guided Sound Healing session with Sarah Payton of Positive Sound Vibes. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments, Sarah creates an immersive sound experience designed to help calm the nervous system and restore balance.
Sound healing isn’t about “checking out.” It’s a practical tool that uses vibration and tone to help your body relax deeply, release built-up tension, and reset mentally and physically. Many people leave feeling lighter, more focused, and surprisingly energized.
As we move into a new season, this is an opportunity to pause, clear out lingering winter stress, and begin spring with intention.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. The session will begin promptly at 7:00 PM, and late entry will not be permitted.
