Celebrate the Summer Solstice with an evening of rest, reflection, and sound healing at Tifton Yoga Studio.
Join us on June 19th at 7:30 PM for a guided Sound Healing experience with Sarah Payton of Positive Sound Vibes. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments, Sarah creates an immersive sound experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance.
The Summer Solstice marks a season of light, energy, and renewal—making this the perfect opportunity to pause, reset, and move into summer with intention. Many participants leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, clear-minded, and re-energized.
What to Expect:
• A comfortable, guided relaxation experience
• Layered sound vibrations to support deep rest and calm
• A peaceful space to reflect, recharge, and welcome the new season

• Yoga mat
• Blanket and/or pillow

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. The session will begin promptly at 7:30 PM, and late entry will not be permitted.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be invited to release tension, quiet the mind, and settle into deep rest and restoration. Supported restorative poses, calming breathwork, and guided Yoga Nidra meditation work together to help relax the nervous system and create a sense of ease in both body and mind. This class is appropriate for all levels — no yoga experience needed. Come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and allow yourself space to simply rest.
